Terms & Condition / Refund Policy

1. Vehicle will be delivered strictly in the order of receipt of subject to payment and other formalities approximate delivery periodgiven on the order booking is only indicative/vehicle delivery will however be subject to availability of vehicles.

2. Delivery Standard time will be 2-5 Working days

3. We will not responsible for delivery of vehicle in case of delay or rejection of Finance by financer and also due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. We shall arrange for temporary/permanent registration of the vehicle before delivery of vehicle in compliance of provisions of “Motor Vehicle Act”, Registration of the vehicle is however subjected to payment of relevant charges by customer.

5. Prices/scheme prevailing at the time of invoicing/billing shall be applicable

6. The vehicle would be delivered and invoices only to the person whose name the booking has been made identified documents supplied at the time of booking.

7. In case of non-individual customers, delivery would be made to the same authorized signatory, who booked the vehicle

8. We would arrange the permanent registration of vehicle before delivery only for those customers who have their permanent address in our city of Dealership. The Registration is however subject to payment of charges.

9. The choice of colors will depend on the production and availability at the time of invoicing. Customers have the option to make changes in their color& model choice after making the booking. Model &Color can’t be change after invoice generated.

10. If, at any point of time, it is found that any of the information/documents given for the booking of the vehicle is not in order we shall have the right to cancel the booking and refund the money to you after deduction the cancellation charges and without paying interest on the received amount. “Refund amount will be refunded via same source”.

11. The Specification of vehicle would be subject to alteration as specified by the manufactures from time to time. We are not liable to supply the vehicle of specification booked if so altered by the manufacturer.

12. In case of any dispute relating to transaction, the same will be subject to the exclusive Jurisdiction of the courts at the Dealership city

13. In case the booking is cancelled by the customer then Rs.1500.00 would be charged as booking cancellation charges and due amount will be paid within 10-15 days working days. Cancellation process with making Call at 079-25860099 or E-Mail : Rajdeep.ahmedabad@heromotocorp.biz

14. The request should be submitted over mail in writing before the procedure for refund start. Will refund the entire amount deducted electronically (Bank/ Card Transaction Charges “2 % + taxes”) are likely to be forfeited

15. Excess Amount will be refund within 7 working days.
